Orders and approval

You approve a proof or sew-out before production begins. Once approved, production is made to that sample.

Payment

Payment is confirmed after you approve the sample and before production. Quotes include setup and shipping unless noted.

Revisions and refunds

If a digitized file isn't right, we'll fix it. If we can't, we'll refund it.
